The cloud revolutionized human life. But outside the tech community, people have a limited understanding of what the cloud is — where it came from, what it enabled, how universally it’s used on a day-to-day, hour-to-hour, moment-to-moment basis.

There’s an enormous gulf between how much we use the cloud and how much we understand about the cloud.

Cloud Atlas was designed to fill in that gulf with knowledge.

  • What it is: A miniseries telling the story of the cloud, from prehistoric times (i.e., the 1990s) to the present day
